    Thank you for your insight, I will give that a shot! I think you’re on to something. I felt I was mostly let down by the quality of the wine and broth, and a lack of tomato flavor (so maybe the quality of the tomato paste).

    Missed this while I was out of town, but wanted to share anyway.

    Chef John from Food Wishes.

    I’ve had a little bit of a crush on Julia and Bridget from ATK/Cooks Country for years now. They’re both so great.

    I also like Kenji for learning more about using sous vide. He’s good for others stuff too though.

    I watched the new Netflix Chef Masters program, the one with Jamie Oliver, who I never paid much attention to honestly. It was great, and I’m hoping to finish that soon.

    I tried the weeknight bolognese that ATK published, but it was not nearly as good as others I’ve had. I think there were too many shortcuts taken…
