My top 3 are, in no particular order; pintos with pinto seasoning (red chile powder, onion, garlic, black pepper, and oregano), pasta y fagoli (white beans and pasta soup), and Cajun red beans and rice.

I am a cook that normally uses a lot of spices in cooking, but when I make hash browns I only salt them, adding pepper on the rare occasion.

If you do season them, what seasonings do you use? And do you add it before, during, or after cooking?
