@juergen_hubert @neenamaiya My recollections of German food, as a tourist, was that bread and sausages were amazing, but after a few days, I found myself craving for vegetables. For some reason, in those days (15-20 years ago), they were scarce in supermarkets.

Tech question: Is there a #SpeechRecognition software that:@juergen_hubert It's mostly done in python, and there should be plenty of examples around to work from, which also means LLMs could actually be useful here. It probably would require some work, but it should be doable.

Tech question: Is there a #SpeechRecognition software that:@juergen_hubert There are lots of models on Huggingface, but I guess you'd need to know how to code. Is it a barrier? I know Whisper has been the standard, but there's been lots of new ones lately.
