So many centrists - and even leftists - in the US still seem to believe that all of this will be over after the next election.@thomholwerda the damage is the damage. And no 'ist' or 'ism' will repair it because it demonstrates structural imperfections of load bearing walls.
The system needs to be restructured.
We are as bad a risk as Venezuela until that happens.
However, as someone who defies labels, I must point out that the *first step* is getting sensible people into the right positions so that they can create neutral positions to work from, otherwise the ideological pendulum will just keep swinging.
