@pawsplay there are a double handful or so who favor the mace in 1e.A hesitancy to shed blood and using a mace instead is not the same as mercy. Maces are brutal weapons. I'd rather have a clean cut than a shattered bone that can't be set. Also, these clerics are going out to convert at the end of a weapon. Or protect something the deity cares about. @SilverGM don't even need gunpowder. A rune trap attached to a floating log that is then anchored to the sea bed does well enough in a pinch, and I'm sure better funded or organized groups can get fancier with it.

#WednesdayGame So, we found a home for the baby! We spent a lot of time trying to sort out how to handle it though. Luckily, we found a village really near by. Which had been attacked by giants the day before. We healed them up some and then took off after the giants after failing to convince them to leave.We took out some rando groups and freed some of the kidnapped villagers. We're right up to where the giants are gathering, but we didn't have one of our front#pathfinder #ttrpg
