Until Toronto tries to welcome new people, stop delivering visas to people coming to Toronto. Shut it down !! Canada’s housing politics have convinced some cities can’t handle population growth. the PM approves visas between municipalities? Every time I log off for a week I come back to some totally incomprehensible situation.

It is very dependent on the community and the school, but there’s plenty of schools that are absolutely deserted outside of school hours for a variety of reasons. Some schools have playgrounds or basketball hoops or the like but some don’t, or they’re locked up, so why would kids go that way instead of the park. The risk has been identified as high population of children during certain hours crossing streets etc., and is mitigated by lowering speed limits during those hours. Whether it’s an accurate risk assessment is a good question though. Personally, I think the influx of drop-off traffic is worth mentioning, but who am I to say?

I was confused as it costs nothing but “enormous amounts of time” and back and forth with doctors to apply. With the right doctors. This is a key point. Doctors who can see your disability and how it affects you and speak to that. Generally that is specialists in your illness or disability. Specialists we are seriously lacking in this country and who are difficult to see at the best of times even as their patient. Wait Times are months and even sometimes years in parts of the country to see a specialist in certain feilds. There are so many problems with this system and unless people are directly affected they have no idea or enough space in their overloaded day to care.
