@vkc for whatever it's worth, I want you to feel welcome here. I get that the shitheads are louder and more active, though. By no means am I telling you that you must stay. I just want to be a voice in opposition to the people who make you feel unwelcome. Thanks for the time you've given. You've been appreciated.

I'm talking about all of the misogyny crap today because folks keep speaking for me and saying I'm one of Fedi's big boosters. -
Hey, Fedi. Help me help a friend.@ShaulaEvans @SteveJB okay, but it says "the sting is harmless to humans" and then claims it hurts so bad that if you don't immediately lie down and just scream you might hurt yourself trying to cope with the pain. What does harmless mean again?

Hey, Fedi. Help me help a friend.@afewbugs @ShaulaEvans @Mux I assume this is to be read with emphasis on the word wish, rather than how one reads a fortune cookie fortune for the first time. Either way works for me, really. Just checking.

The Internet never ceases to teach me something new.@atomicpoet exactly. I really like that. I hear a lot of people angrily ask "what the hell is [new thing], anyway?" I really wish people could just dispassionately become aware of things, instead. For their sake, honestly. I'm not personally bothered by their frustration most of the time. I just feel bad for them.

The Internet never ceases to teach me something new.@atomicpoet I was aware of this, but I admit I'm still not really sure what a femboy is. Like as a trans woman, I don't understand where the line is. I'm not really curious, either.
Or rather I am, but not enough to look into it. -
Bazzite just passed its first big test.'n'nArmy Men: RTS runs flawlessly.'n'nOn Pop!_OS, the game technically launched—but mouse control was a complete mess.@atomicpoet I ran Baldur's Gate 3, Armored Core 6, and Metal Gear Solid Delta on Bazzite with no issues. It was glorious.
Forgive me if you saw my recent post about it, but I just switched to Windows 11. I'd been playing Risk of Rain 2 on Bazzite with the settings at max. Not an extremely graphically intensive game, but it has pretty effects. On Win11, to play this game designed *for Windows*, I had to turn the graphics settings down to medium to get it not to stutter. Technically they don't classify the settings that way (low/med/high), but I had to turn 5 of the most graphically intensive settings down to halfway or less.
