Interesting. I’m not vegan, so it doesn’t matter to me. The recipe specifically calls for Prosecco, which i used, but I don’t know if it was vegan.

I try to eat at least half my meals without meat, so I get a lot of recipes from vegan sites like this, but I use regular dairy products.

Thanks for sharing your insights. I don’t know much about baba ganoush, but I am planning on making it in two weeks for an Egyptian themed menu using this recipe.
