school, college, uni

my comic book art wasn't considered proper art

my game coding wasn't bankable IT like spreadsheets and databases

I worked at a games company at uni, draining my time, only to see it fold

nobody ever saw my potential

plus I had dysphoria and no idea about trans people. still carrying the anxiety from that

and several other medical conditions

society really undervalues and wastes people

and I constantly feel like a failure

but I won't give up, my epic indie game will be released eventually

you aren't a failure either, people don't understand certain kinds of people and their talents

but I see you

its not just platform decay

its about how businesses like Netflix and Uber use a load of venture capital to undermine regular businesses, gain monopolistic control over a market, and then use it to progressively worsen the experience for profit

you have nowhere else to go, no other platform to flee to, so you are stuck on said platform eating shit

moreover, its been buying up US treasuries as the Chinese abandon them certain the US is about to implode

if ever there was anyone to sell a bridge you don't own, the UK is your guy

after WW2 and the US replaced the UK as the global hegemon we positioned ourselves as the smart one whispering into their ear

instead we are the suck up to the school bully, except now he's an adult and just shot someone, and we're still locked in out of pure instinct
