I hate it when absolutely nothing is done to it. Like just plopping a square of it fresh out of a store bought package in some soup, like how I was introduced to it.

But when actually prepared in some way, even iust as simple as dredging it in flour and egg and then deep frying it, it’s really good.

That sounds and looks bomb af. I wanna try birria pizza!

At what temp? That’s pretty long.

I mean, if a majority of people say something is good, I feel more compelled to see for myself. But I don’t always agree with them once I do.

• Can of stewed tomatoes.

• Can of tomato paste.

• Yellow onion.

• Garlic.

• tablespoon of sugar

• Italian seasoning

• 1lbs hamburger.

Sweat the onions until they start smelling good. Add the garlic for a minute or two. Add the hamburger. Once browned, drain the fat and add the tomatoes, paste, sugar, and seasoning. Let reduce until the proper consistency. Add pasta and serve.

Make sure to keep it behind glass with a little hammer nearby that says “break glass in emergency only” on it.

It I was to make a plate of this, I’d be using the lamb and it’s sauce as gravy for the potatoes.

I was mostly thinking that maybe a nice dill pickle would go pretty good with caramelized onions and carrots. But I also assume the pickles would be heated along with the rest, and I’ve never had a hot pickle in that sense (spicy yes, actually heated no).

The jalepenos looked like pickles until I resd the body and I was like “that’s interesting…”
