I feel like I’ve been complaining way too much lately so I am going to try to tone it back a little bit

@NullNowhere I am sure the stories are great... but if I gotta dig in item descriptions to find them I just don't care

My friend is trying to debate which Souls game has the best story... and I had to break the news to him that I didn't pay attention to any narrative that the games had. I just like swinging swords

Who wants to start a D&D campaign? I’ll be the loner rogue who betrays the party at every chance I get, and makes the DM force a roll for me to steal all the loot in every encounter.

Oh and my friend wants to play too! They’re going to be a Paladin, but they’re going to break their oath at every turn and be a nuisance to every NPC we come across.

You’ll DM for us, won’t you?

My friends and I went to an arcade today and they had a punching bag that measured how “strong” you are. I somehow missed the bag and slammed my fist into the machine, and now my hand is swollen

I also got second place somehow but I think it’s just the fact I hit it in the center of its mass.

It’s still weird to me that I’m going to Japan in 4 months… I need to start making an itinerary. I don’t know where to start though

I think it’s okay to be an advocate for free and open source software and also buy Minecraft for your child. Their happiness is important too

Saw a lemmy post that said “my kid wants to play Minecraft, what is an open source alternative I can download for them instead?”

So apparently my key is no longer valid because... I don't know why. The Microsoft rep on the phone wouldn't tell me. But don't worry, I can buy a new key for only $140 from the Microsoft store!

It's insane that it's perfectly fine to take MY product they, that I paid for, to use on MY computer, that I also paid for, and invalidate it. Because I upgraded parts in MY computer. Why do we put up with this?

So apparently, due to replacing my motherboard, Windows won't reactivate and they are saying my key is invalid now. What a wonderful operating system. I am so glad I use this. Time to go back to Linux?

I came out as non-binary 5 years ago and I’m still confused about myself. It will never end.
