Watching the rest of these videos on the same channel, they're all horrifying 
They're talking in such a calm bored way about wrecking innocent people's lives. They sound like they're ordering furniture or something, banality of evil is absolutely right.
I know there are people who think that way, it's just so difficult to understand why they think that way.
Is their life going to start being better because a 6 year old they teach doesn't have parents any more? It's inhuman to think like that.

It's so difficult to understand what is driving someone like this. How was it harming her life or anyone's life that the child's parents were in the same country as her?
Yup, that's why the UK is still a member of the ECHR.
If they leave the ECHR that leaves the UK with precisely zero protections of human rights. It would be entirely up to the whim of whoever controls parliament whether there are elections, whether people are allowed to vote, whether people live or die etc.
In most other democratic countries their PR electoral system and written constitution protects human rights, but the UK's FPTP system and lack of any written constitution means it's usually just one party that controls everything.
The UK is in a really, really dangerous position for civil liberties.
What are they going to blame after leaving the ECHR? Are they going to scapegoat a minority and say that Brexit now requires "removing" that minority?
The ECHR is the only thing giving people in the UK any human rights. If the UK leaves it, then there would no longer be any human rights in Britain. All there would be are assorted laws that parliament would be totally free to revoke and replace with whatever they want, including 1930s-style stuff.
The lack of a written constitution or powerful second chamber in the UK combined with fascists leading the polls is putting Britain in an incredibly dangerous situation.
Using LLMs is the intellectual equivalent of sawing the branch you're sitting on.
Reminiscent of that awful FIFA film which did equally badly:

(That's not millions or thousands but just $918.00!)
The lifelong effects of polio on survivors are particularly awful. One wouldn't want to inflict it on a worst enemy, let alone your own kids.
What is even the supposed logic here? What have voter databases got to do with immigration enforcement?
Are they not bothering with cover stories any more now that everyone knows what they really are?

White Supremacy Enforcement would be a more accurate name.

At the same time, Mastodon's server devs are creating brilliant features to help decentralise the Fediverse. The v4.5.0 release will auto-federate all replies in threads, greatly helping smaller servers.
The good stuff will be pointless if mastodon.social keeps growing. It's as if Mastodon gGmbH isn't sure what it wants: does it want to build the world's only truly decentralised social network, or does it want to make a centralised social network which is structurally destined to enshittify?

We need to talk about Mastodon gGmbH. They are the main developers of Mastodon's server software & official mobile apps, they own mastodon.social and Mastodon's trademarks. Their behaviour is inexplicably going in two totally opposite directions.
A couple of years ago they started promoting mastodon.social on the official apps while downplaying other servers, causing their server to grow while other servers shrank. Mastodon.social is currently about 28.7% of the active Fediverse and growing.
For comparison, another major server mas.to is just 1.2% of the active Fediverse. Mastodon.social is about twenty-four times bigger.

It's not very well publicised but there's a feature in PeerTube specifically for instances to share a joint federation allowlist:
"We encourage you to create your own PeerTube index, that can be theme-based or moderated according to your rules. This way, we could imagine a group of PeerTube admins following the same index on which they only add platforms they trust."
