@hpod16 @lucien One example I like to repeat a lot: imagine that when a channel you follow on YouTube publishes a video, you saw that publication on Twitter. And you could leave comments and give likes directly to that YouTube video from that same Twitter publication… you can do that on the Fediverse with Mastodon and PeerTube. That’s the nature of federated content using a single protocol, but sharing different content on different instances of different services.

Sometimes, people on Facebook don't know the Fediverse exists. -
Your data.@EUCommission You have the means, and the correct platform (Mastodon). Now tell MEPs to leave X, where the discourse is controlled by an American oligarch, and address EU citizens exclusively on Mastodon, where they can’t be silenced or censored, and the EU has complete control. #leavex #EUMastodon

Your data.@carbon_compound @leavex @EUCommission @benroyce Ad-hominem. Unnecessary. A detail that derails the conversation. MEPs need to leave that platform now. Frankly, these “Gotcha!” replies come across as immature. It would be better if you had some kind of argument in favor or against. But no, just trying to gain some quick internet cred. Sad. A waist of time for everyone.

Let's do this.@TechConnectify First I saw Luke Miani. Now Alec. Wow! Much respect to you guys. That takes some courage. I understand your frustration. You should not be silent in light of fascism. I wish the best for all of you. I hope it’s the beginning of real change for the good. Greetings from Spain.
