Oh as for "now what" the answer is to freeze the accounts of its owners, repudiate all debt owed to them including investments, and then start a government reclamation and recovery office, to demolish all the data centers thus built, and attempt to restore the local soil to a point it can at least be used for cattle pastures if nothing else.
