          It depends on if there's an exception for small sites or not.

          The UK law didn't have an exception and a bunch of small blogs and forums decided to shutdown.

          People might be needing to switch to something designed to operate under an oppressive government like briar.

              The UK law looks almost like if anyone allows anyone to see unapproved content, they're liable.

              It almost looked like if the government could find you and didn't like it they'd fine you.

              (The UK law is pretty ridiculous)

                    @alienghic Seems to me that the solution is to not host other people’s content. Which is why P2P social media might be useful.
