@jwildeboer Is a bot, don't worry about replying, just report and block. The bot owner will just create another account and continue until they get fed up getting banned.

So they see that this is the place to be @jwildeboer I'm following so many politicians and municipalities whose work i have zero stakes in, just to be encouraging... on bad days i wonder if us good-will lurkers are creating a problem similar to the bots talking to bots on x - the actual reach and impact isn't as good as one would think.
But I'm prepared to continue like this for a few years and only then evaluate. For now, let the games begin! -

)bluesky offers familiarity, an easier onboarding ramp and the promise of "reach" (and this already attracted many more), but...
... but while still just a remote promise, it is the activitypub "worldview" that may lead to a real reboot of democracy. Any truly democratic politician should start dipping the toes into this new thing, helping it grow along
