I kinda had a feeling since we're close to nature and i removed 2 dead ones with cleaning
So yeah Washy was lazer focused on those sounds for a big part of the night, cats are hard needed around here

@stux You need to speak to whoever is renting you the place. It's their responsibility to deal with pest animals. They must have gotten in through a hole in a wall or the roof

@stux one night when living in California, I was sitting on the couch reading and suddenly heard screaming. Followed by two rats shoving a kitchen cabinet door open and tumbling across the floor fighting.
After I chased them out and calmed down, it turned out they had eaten their way through the back of the cabinet. I don't know why, because there was no food in that cabinet, just pots and pans.
It is times like that you really want a Cat who will defend the Homeland.
