the fashion police around wearing socks with sandals bothers me because with my arthritis in my feet, i haven't been able to wear most other footwear for about three years

every so often it comes up and i feel like shit about it

i would really love to be able to wear something else but i have had to just try and get cuter socks. people still are weird about it

edit just to add i am not asking for footwear suggestions. the solution is for people to stop being jerks about other people's clothing choices

funny how people can be generally pretty good about bodily autonomy until leggings as pants or socks with sandals come up

also hate how i can have an outfit i really like and a friend says it still has a hippie vibe because of the socks and sandals

open your mind, what if this is business casual socks and sandals
