May those lost at the Australian #Hanukkah celebration's memories be for a blessing.

May those lost at the Australian #Hanukkah celebration's memories be for a blessing. May knowledge that it was an unarmed Muslim man (Ahmed Al Ahmed) who attacked and stopped one of the shooters at risk to his own life be remembered.
May those lost at Brown University's memories be for a blessing. May the perpetrator be caught before he does more harm.
Sorry, here comes the rant; 1 mass shooting a decade vs over 300 this year alone. It's not just a firearm availability issue, though that is part of it. The U.S. has a societal level culture problem. We glorify firearm violence. Our heroes are almost all those who got onto their pedestals through violence. Our culture is broken. I not only mourn the dead. I mourn what we, as a people, could have been.
