      @CactuarJoe What temp did it get to? I've found for pull-apart soft pork, I have to run it all the way up to like 205 internal. I mostly cook pork butts, though.

        @wheeljack Mm, that might be it. I ramped it up to high for the last hour and that definitely helped.
