I made some tomato soup from scratch tonight and three things:
1- I somehow got lucky and bought exactly the right number of tomatoes to fill the cookie sheet which made it the perfect number of tomatoes.
2- I have dietary restrictions which means I can't really eat pizza which is my favorite and I managed to get this soup to taste like pizza. Major win for me.
3- Wife and daughter also enjoyed it, so big win there too
