Because someone out there is stupid, I'm unable to watch #MLB Nats games despite spending too much for streaming services already. I'm not spending even more for a channel inundating me with ads (a scam we allowed the media to normalize). I finally get to watch a game. They're down 9-0 going into the bottom of the 3rd.
Larger populations with greater disposable income can support even small-time sports, so #baseball won't go bankrupt, but I'll be damned if it ain't doing its best to do so.
