              honestly I prefer the British version, which is more about the cooking. The US version (which Joe, pictured is the host of) is a bit too dramatic / reality TV for my tastes but my partner likes it.

                Don’t clean afterwards, clean while cooking. There are a lot of moments while cooking where you wait until X, use those to clean and organise. If you do it right, the moment where you serve all that needs cleaning is the last pot.

                Pro tip: line your baking tray with parchment paper before placing the ramekins in the water bath - catches any spills and makes clean-up so much esier!
