The other day someone posted a meal. They bought pre-made.

I’m offering this as contrast to the other meals I post here almost every day that are made with considerably more attention. Not every meal has to be perfect or glamorous. And it’s not like Lemmy has a surplus of traffic or this group in particular is overflowing with posts.

I totally agree with that. Many meals involve no cooking at all. Its just that I thought this forum was about cooking.

Fortunately not a lot of posts about people’s favorite plates and things are typically more about cooking.

it also says all posts require a tag… however thanks for sharing about the sidebar because it led me to find foodporn and thats more what i’m into. Good to know this is the one for “food memes and shitposts” and such.

Another mod said they were going to remove the tags portion but hasn’t done it yet.
