    Potatoes were half price. Squash from garden. Rye bread was free.

            Looks delicious! If you’ve got extra squash from the garden, they’ll keep for months in a cool dry place (like a basement or garage). No need to refrigrate them. Helps stretch that garden harvest even further.

              We have no cool or dry. Garage is 95f because the house attic space vents into it due to the way they added on to this 85 year old house over the decades.
