      But letting go of things you're holding on to frees up your hands to hold on to other things. But, I know it's hard. Every time you let something go, it feels like letting a piece of yourself go but, that's how we shape ourselves. We're all like big chunks of marble and we have to leave pieces of ourselves behind to reveal the sculpture underneath.

        Idk, or just feel your feelings until you're ready to let go. It can sometimes take a while to build up the strength needed to move forward
