Arg. On Sunday (a week ago) our trusty Brother printer suddenly decided it could not connect to our internet. We had just printed the day before that.
I cannot figure out how to fix it. I have restarted the modem/router, restarted the printer, updated the firmware, reset the printer, checked to make sure the router was still doing both bands (the 5 Ghz and the 2.4)....I don't know what else to try.
I have emailed Brother's support about it, but I'm wondering if it's just time to get a new printer. I cannot remember how long we have had this one, but it's been a long time. Maybe something inside finally failed.
Does anyone know anything I can attempt to bring it back online?
