That would be silly. That looks really silly from a distance. Why on earth would rural people choose to do a bad thing when we in the city (and therefore everyone) have access all these good things. Rural people could just do that?
The choice is between horse medicine and nothing.

@coolandnormal I wish the rural folks in my country had that same mindset. I know there is a lot of self-medication here, and that's definitely an area people need help. But due to weird and aggressive politics, we really do have folks shunning things like vaccines in favor of self-treating with Ivermectin. My own mother was convinced that the horse medicine was the way to go, and she got very angry when her doctor would not treat her with it. Is the stuff that's happening here being assumed to happen everywhere?
