thinking about streaming my replay of Earthbound, would anybody be interested? it'll probably be at weird times due to chronic illness

i had been thinking about streaming nethack for awhile but i want to replay earthbound rn

going to aim for sunday morning i think

the agony of having fumble fingers live and people are like wow is this your first time playing because i accidentally talked to the beginner tutorial dog instead of using the bank machine waahhh

no i've played this game like four times and half of one time in japanese, i'm just dyspraxic and forget everything

@forestine I honestly think some of us carry a significant mental burden just from knowing others are watching us. I think it's the brain trying to model observer reactions in realtime while also coming up with action plans.
I see this a lot when people first start pair programming: their typing mistakes skyrocket, they forget locations of files and UI elements they're very familiar with, and they forget how to program. (It's me, I'm "they".)

i would really like to actually stream the entire game. a lot of my friends who played never got very far and i want to share the wild ending and vibe shift

i have been trying to get OBS into zoom for a streaming show i'm doing tomorrow and i'm frustrated to the point of tears

but i'm making some tea and resetting up my gaming profile because what is going on with obs
