    To do:

    *Figure out how to make an elaborate text box that doesn't take ten years to do on every card

    *Learn to account for the corner edging while designing the geometric underlay bits on the bottom text box

    *Maybe vary the yellow a bit? A little texturing couldn't hurt.

    Edit: *Learn to be more careful around slow-drying metallic ink, I SEE YOU, SMUDGES >:/

      Also I'm torn between setting a definitive text box size (for the sake of regularity) and knowing that there's a limit to how tiny I can write >_>

        Okay, standard text box size on the cards is an inch, give or take. Art box is about an inch and a half. Side gutters are... A little less than an eighth of an inch. We'll keep them for the text box, but ditch them for the art. So if I mess with the border measurements a little, I can get almost two inches for art. That sounds pretty good.

              Lesson learned - Always do the text box first.

                @CactuarJoe

                Dunno if it's helpful, but my first thought about "*Figure out how to make an elaborate text box that doesn't take ten years to do on every card" was maybe bullet journal stencils

                    Second attempt. Much better. Tried a bit of fixed kerning as an experiment, 1/16th is obviously way too small. I'll do 1/8th next time :x

                      One irritation of this style is that correcting black-on-yellow text is a LOT more irritating and time consuming than it was when I was using white-on-grey. >_>

                      Before I could just go over the white text with a marker and redo it, now I'd have to use that awkward-ass whiteout pen and re-color and THEN redo the text <_<
