    It occurs to me that people who have worked in IT support seem to have a rather more apprehensive approach to #AI than developers and management.

    For one, we were the ones that had to deal with stuff going wrong.

    For another: all the pushes towards AI use always sound like all these management initiatives that would shake stuff up for a year or so until people went back to working like before because it didn't work.
