If they’re standing by the road holding up a sign about how hungry they are, it doesn’t matter to me. Even if they weren’t holding a sign, it’s not my business.

@skinnylatte I can tell you from personal experience, the woman that slipped 100$ into my duffle bag when I was nodding off on a bench at walmart vestibule during an ice storm saved my life. I hadnt eaten in 4 days, and hadnt been able to sleep for more than an hour or two for over a week.
I was able to get a hotel room for 2 days and 3 cans of food...
Before that happened I was seriously contemplating using a firearm I had access to.
And guess what... I also got a 40oz beer... Slept like a baby after a hot shower and food and drink. Watched a funny movie and passed out drunk af.
Im still here. So... Is alcohol really the worst thing possible? It might just save a life.
