@ASegar I would be very cautious in the hiring graduates from TX, OK, FL, or other states that treat education as nothing more than a vocational necessity.

I do not understand the reasoning!?! What BS are they claiming? Plato is foundational. You may as well scrap philosophy altogether.

@Nonilex @ASegar He's not a stoic philosopher like his pupil's pupil Marcus Aurelius. It doesn't teach morality or ethics like the bible.
I kid you not, that was the explanation from one of my college "educated" friends who is a Trumper.
I now really suspect his degree from a Texas A&M. He studied history which sounds more like Texas history than US or World history.
He mows lawns though because he didn't know what to do with a history degree?!? And he think college is worthless.
